Instructor Path
The instructor path defines how teaching authority is earned: by proving technical clarity, pressure-tested understanding, and ability to transmit system identity.
Level 1: Apprentice Instructor
Assists classes and teaches foundation mechanics with supervision. Focus is clean communication, safety control, and consistent basic structure.
Level 2: Certified Instructor
Runs sessions with clear progression, applies doctrine in class design, and teaches application chains with reliable correction standards.
Level 3: Senior Instructor
Develops practitioners and junior instructors, resolves technical breakdowns under pressure, and protects teaching consistency across groups.
Level 4: Master Instructor
Leads long-term system preservation, tests and refines training logic, and ensures doctrine evolves without losing core identity.
